Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development & Recruitment Executive who can generate new clients and manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing. The ideal candidate should be capable of building client relationships, understanding manpower requirements, and coordinating recruitment processes.
This role combines client acquisition, relationship management, and recruitment sourcing responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client manpower and recruitment requirements
- Prepare proposals and close new business deals
- Maintain client database and follow-ups
Recruitment & Sourcing Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients
- Maintain recruitment pipeline and candidate database
- Follow up with candidates and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
- 1–5 years experience in recruitment, HR, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of recruitment process and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Experience in manpower outsourcing or staffing (preferred)
