Job Summary
Chic Spaces Interior Design Studio is hiring a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Build relationships with clients, architects, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Experience in the Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or Real Estate industry is preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to Hyderabad or reside within 10–15 km of the office.
