A fast-growing footwear brand is looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead store operations and drive sales performance.

Experience: Appropriate in retail (footwear/apparel preferred)

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
* Drive store profitability and maximize conversions
* Manage day-to-day retail operations
* Lead, train and motivate store staff
* Ensure excellent customer service and customer retention
* Monitor inventory, stock movement and replenishment
* Reduce stock losses and maintain shrinkage control
* Execute visual merchandising standards
* Ensure store hygiene, display standards and SOP compliance
* Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports
* Coordinate with HO and channel partners for smooth operations
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good communication and customer handling ability
* Experience in retail sales and operations
* Footwear retail experience preferred
