— Conduct both online and offline classes, ensuring consistent quality and engagement across all modes of delivery.
— Host regular doubt-solving sessions (live and async) to provide timely academic support to students.
— Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and offer personalized guidance to students.
— Track and monitor individual student performance, identify learning gaps, and implement targeted interventions to improve outcomes.
— Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment scores; share periodic performance reports with the academic team.
— Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.
— Keep abreast of the latest developments in your field and integrate them into teaching methodologies.
Pay: ₹900,001.00 - ₹1,200,001.00 per year
