ASAP Solar Solution is hiring a Solar Technician for Uttar Pradesh / Delhi NCR to manage site , structure planning, BOS estimation, rooftop solar execution, and site issue resolution. Candidates with practical solar EPC experience and ability to travel across NCR project sites will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the technical and execution team for rooftop solar projects in UP and Delhi/NCR. Conduct and review site surveys for residential and commercial solar installations.
Prepare site survey reports including roof measurements, shadow analysis, cable routing, inverter location, earthing points, structure feasibility, and installation challenges. Prepare or validate solar layouts, module placement, structure planning, inverter placement, AC/DC cable routing, and earthing layout. Plan rooftop solar structures based on roof type, tilt angle, orientation, wind load, space availability, and site condition. Prepare and verify BOS requirements including module mounting structure, AC/DC cables, ACDB/DCDB, earthing material, lightning arrester, conduits, fasteners, inverter accessories, and other project materials.
PAY Scale _ 12,000 to 20,000
