Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and customers professionally.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Manage room reservations and booking requests.
- Maintain guest records and update information in the system.
- Handle cash, billing, and payment transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints politely and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements:
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Pleasant personality and customer service attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
