About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Shift Engineer to oversee Civil and MEP operations within a residential/commercial property environment.
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities :-
Civil Engineering-
Ensure civil maintenance of the property during fit-out and ongoing operations.
Monitor and prevent damage to common areas and occupied premises.
Identify, track, and coordinate closure of civil defects and snag items.
Liaise with project and engineering teams for timely defect rectification in flats and common areas.
Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
MEP Engineering :-
Conduct joint inspections with project teams to ensure all MEP systems are installed, tested, and commissioned as per approved work orders.
Monitor the performance and maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and related building systems.
Coordinate with project teams for closure of MEP snags and technical observations.
Track and resolve resident/customer complaints related to MEP services.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of all critical building services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in Facility Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Residential Townships, Commercial Buildings, or Mixed-Use Developments.
Strong knowledge of Civil Maintenance, MEP Systems, Fit-Out Management, Defect Liability Management, and Building Operations.
