*About the Role*
Swiza Safetech LLP is hiring a proactive Production Engineer to drive daily manufacturing operations. You will oversee production schedules, optimize workflow efficiency, and maintain high safety and quality standards in fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Daily Supervision* : Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
*Cross-Functional Sync:* Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Stores teams.
*Process & Output Optimization* : Maximize machine and manpower utilization, reduce wastage, and prepare performance reports.
*Troubleshooting:* Resolve production bottlenecks and enforce 5S and safety standards on the floor.
*What We Are Looking For*
*Education* : Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
*Skills* : Ability to read engineering drawings, basic knowledge of Lean/5S, and proficiency in MS Excel/ERP.
*Attributes* : Strong leadership, practical problem-solving, and good communication skills.
