Job Summary
The Site Supervisor will oversee interior project execution from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work, safety compliance, and timely delivery. The role involves coordinating with designers, clients, vendors, and workers to ensure smooth on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per the project schedule.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors to execute design plans accurately.
- Ensure materials are delivered on time and used efficiently at the site.
- Maintain quality control and adherence to interior design specifications.
- Monitor manpower allocation and ensure workers’ productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and identify any issues.
- Report daily work updates to management and highlight any delays or challenges.
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in client visits and clarify on-site queries related to execution.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and billing as per work progress.
