Education / Study Visa Counsellor – Job Description
Fly Time Education Consultants is looking for an experienced and motivated Study Visa Counsellor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals and financial profile.
- Provide accurate information about courses, universities, admission requirements and visa processes.
- Handle student enquiries and convert leads into applications.
- Assist students with admission applications, documentation and visa filing.
- Follow up with students throughout the admission and visa process.
- Maintain regular communication with students and universities/partners.
Required Country Knowledge:
Candidates should have good knowledge of Study Visa & Admission Processes for:
Canada
Australia
USA
Uk
Europe
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of international education and study visa processes
- Excellent counselling and communication skills
- Good convincing and sales skills
- Ability to handle multiple student cases
- Good knowledge of university/course selection
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills
- Experience with CRM or student management systems is an advantage
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1–3+ years preferred
- Experience in study abroad / education consultancy preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and relevant knowledge may also apply
