About the Role
We are looking for a Central Planner to support inventory planning and replenishment across our retail and online channels. The role will involve analysing sales and inventory data, identifying replenishment requirements and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales, inventory and sell-through data to identify demand trends and replenishment requirements.
- Prepare inventory and replenishment plans across retail and online channels.
- Monitor stock levels, stock cover, ageing and slow-moving inventory.
- Identify potential stock-outs and excess inventory and flag them proactively.
- Track purchase/production orders and follow up on inventory availability.
- Support forward planning for new launches, seasonal periods and business requirements.
- Work closely with Production, Finance, Design, Retail and E-commerce teams on inventory requirements.
- Maintain inventory trackers and dashboards and share regular updates and insights.
- Support stock movement/redistribution across channels based on demand.
- Analyse product performance and highlight opportunities to improve inventory turnover.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory planning, merchandise planning, demand planning, data analysis or a similar role.
- Merchandisers, Data Analysts or Business Analysts with an interest in inventory planning are preferred.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights.
- Understanding of basic inventory concepts such as sell-through, stock cover, replenishment and ageing.
- Prior experience with ERP/inventory systems such as Shopify, Ginesys and Uniware is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple teams.
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
