We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in marketing, branding, and digital campaigns. The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing team to support various initiatives and gain hands-on industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Support social media management including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help create marketing materials such as blogs, emails, and presentations
- Assist in organizing promotional activities and campaigns
- Track and report marketing performance metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales and design
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Creative mindset with willingness to learn
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Canva or SEO basics will be an added advantage
