This is a mid senior role for a strategic brand builder and storyteller with a strong analytical mindset. You will own and execute full-funnel marketing initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes in a digital-first, consumer technology environment.

- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define, refine, and reinfoirce Upstox’s brand positioning, voice, and messaging across all touchpoints, establishing a clear, differentiated point of view.
- Brand Storytelling: Work with founders and define the brand narrative end to end - craft the stories that build trust and affinity with millions of Indian investors and traders.
- Integrated Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, digital, and organic), balancing creativity with performance.
- Performance & ROI: Track campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing investment, ensuring strong ROI through data-driven decision-making.
- Media Investment: Own media planning and spending with a mindful, ROI-first approach - ensuring every rupee is deployed with intent and measurable impact.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead go-to-market strategy for new product and feature launches, from positioning and messaging through to execution.
- Brand Growth Ownership: Own brand health and growth metrics — awareness, consideration, and share of mind — translating insight into action.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Growth, Design, and leadership stakeholders to embed the brand across every customer touchpoint.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand marketing team.
- A seasoned marketing professional with 8 - 12 years of experience, including 3 - 5 years leading brand or growth strategies at a senior level.
- Demonstrated success in establishing or expanding a consumer-facing brand, with a focus on tech-driven, digital-first, or fintech landscapes..
- Deep mastery of full-funnel marketing strategies, spanning ATL and digital media, coupled with a rigorous, hands-on approach to media investment.
- A compelling brand storyteller who excels at crafting narratives that drive impact, whether in a high-level boardroom or on a public billboard.
- Sharp analytical capabilities, with a proven knack for converting complex consumer insights and market data into strategic brand actions.
- Thrives in agile, high-velocity settings, demonstrating extreme ownership and accountability in a fast-scaling corporate landscape.
- Possesses a decisive bias for action and the leadership presence to influence leadership stakeholders and collaborative cross-functional partners.
- An MBA degree or comparable professional background is highly valued.
