Role Overview & Objectives
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive to drive and manage high-level partnerships and collaborations with various NHS (National Health Service) Trusts in the UK and the global NHS Recruitment Partners. This role requires an experienced professional who can identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic business partners. This person will drive, collaborate, and support StudyMEDIC in recruiting our clinically trained doctors in the UK under the various UK trusts, acting as a crucial bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners/ recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and close strategic NHS (National Health Service) Trust and Global NHS Recruiter Partners by engaging key businesses and other stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Nurture and manage existing NHS and Global NHS Recruitment Partner relationships to ensure long-term mutual growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams (doctor migration) to execute recruitment initiatives and draft partnership agreements aligned with required national and international recruitment and HR policies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of partnerships using established KPIs and ROI metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA),HR, International Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5–6 years of proven experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Skills Required: Exceptional negotiation abilities, strong written and verbal communication in English, relationship building, ability to work under pressure and strategic thinking.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
