- Generate new sales leads through outbound calling.
- Contact prospective customers from company databases, marketing campaigns, referrals, and online inquiries
- Follow up on all assigned leads on a daily basis.
- Contact customers who have previously shown interest in Tekton projects.
- Ensure no lead remains unattended.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective customers through regular follow-up.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, offers, payment plans, and location advantages.
- Answer customer questions professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during every customer interaction.
- Schedule appointments between customers and Sales Executives.
- Coordinate project site visits.
- Confirm appointments through reminder calls and messages.
- Record appointment status in the CRM.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Record every customer interaction, follow-up, meeting, and feedback.
- Update lead status after each conversation.
- Ensure customer database accuracy.
