Responsible for assisting the Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon during surgical procedures by maintaining strict aseptic techniques, preparing and handling surgical instruments and consumables, anticipating the surgeon’s requirements, and ensuring smooth functioning of the Operating Theatre. Coordinates with surgeons, anesthetists, perfusionists, nurses, and other OT personnel while maintaining patient safety, surgical counts, documentation, infection-control standards, and overall OT readiness.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
