Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork and other online platforms.
- Create, submit, and manage proposals/bids on Upwork to acquire new clients.
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare project estimates, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track business development activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Mandatory experience in bidding and client acquisition through Upwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and client handling.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other freelancing platforms such as Freelancer, Guru, or Fiverr.
- Understanding of IT services, software development, digital marketing, or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹11,415.38 - ₹30,056.32 per month
