The Group Lead – Human Resources (B11) will serve as a strategic HR leader for the Kraft Heinz Bangalore GCC, responsible for shaping and executing the people agenda that supports organizational growth and business success. This role will partner closely with GCC and global leaders, providing strategic guidance across talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and culture transformation.
The incumbent will lead a team of HR professionals across key HR verticals, ensuring best-in-class HR practices while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and employee-centric workplace. This role requires strong business acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global matrix organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
- Align HR priorities with business objectives and Kraft Heinz's global people strategy.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on talent and organizational decisions.
- Lead performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes.
- Develop robust talent pipelines for critical business capabilities and leadership roles.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to drive capability-building and future-ready workforce initiatives.
- Champion internal mobility and career progression programs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent across GCC functions.
- Support strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
- Drive hiring excellence, diversity hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure effective talent pipelines for growth and niche capability requirements.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.
- Drive employee engagement surveys, action planning, recognition programs, and retention initiatives.
- Act as a champion of Kraft Heinz values, employee wellbeing, and leadership accountability.
- Address employee relations matters with fairness, professionalism, and business alignment.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with HR Operations teams to enhance employee lifecycle processes.
- Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Maintain strong controls and operational excellence across HR practices.
- Collaborate closely with global HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards, Learning, and HR Operations.
- Partner effectively with regional and global leadership teams across geographies.
- Represent Bangalore GCC HR in global projects, governance forums, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive HR transformation programs focused on scalability, digital adoption, and employee experience.
- Utilize people analytics and workforce insights to support business decision-making.
- Monitor, analyze, and report HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals across multiple HR disciplines.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build succession strength and leadership capability within the HR organization.
- MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 10–14 years of progressive HR experience within multinational organizations, GCCs, Shared Services, or matrix environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple HR functions such as HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or HR Operations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing business strategy through people initiatives.
- 3–5 years of people leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
