Sales & Customer Experience
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics based on design, occasion, garment type, budget and application.
- Build strong relationships with designers, boutiques, garment manufacturers and repeat customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise customer satisfaction and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Handle premium and high-value customers with confidence and professionalism.
Customer Relationship & Order Management
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Process Sales Orders, invoices and customer records using Odoo ERP.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Keep customers informed regarding order status and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
Store Operations
- Ensure merchandise is well displayed and organised.
- Assist with inventory management, stock counting and stock replenishment.
- Maintain accurate billing and documentation.
- Support visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Help maintain store discipline, cleanliness and operational excellence.
Leadership & Team Support
- Guide and support junior sales staff.
- Train new team members on products, customer service and sales processes.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction and daily store operations.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales, customer experience and operational efficiency.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Odoo ERP or any retail ERP.
- Experience using POS software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and garment construction.
- Understanding of different fabrics, weaves and textile applications.
- Visual merchandising experience.
- Experience training or mentoring retail teams.
- Social media or WhatsApp Business customer engagement experience.
- Existing network of designers, boutiques or fashion professionals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
