Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to company growth. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and outbound outreach.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Present company products/services effectively and explain value propositions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, MBA, or related field preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or customer handling is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good English and Hindi communication (Punjabi preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
- Self-driven with a growth mindset.
