Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, model optimization, and scalable AI applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business applications
- Build and optimize predictive models, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Work with large datasets and create scalable ML pipelines
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
- Implement and maintain MLOps and model deployment workflows
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and Deep Learning techniques
- Good understanding of statistics, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI projects is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL, data handling, and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with APIs, Docker, Git, and deployment practices
- Understanding of MLOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or related field

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
