Job Summary
Pearls IT Hub is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our IT services, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Promote IT services such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Manage social media and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
