Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation via calls & referrals
Sell & Cross-Sell Loans (All Banks & NBFCs)
Understand client needs & offer suitable solutions
Manage and maintain client relationships
Achieve sales targets with attractive incentives
Coordinate loan processing with internal teams
Ensure compliance and proper documentation
Requirements
12 / Graduate (Any Stream)
0–3 years of sales experience (Freshers can apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills
