Position Overview
The Store In-Charge + Runner is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth store operations, and handling day-to-day errands such as procurement, delivery coordination, and supporting administrative needs. This hybrid role requires organizational skills, accountability, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Procurement & Logistics
- Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of goods.
- Collect and deliver items as per company requirements.
- Assist in petty cash handling for purchases.
- Store Operations
- Issue materials to staff against requisitions.
- Track inward/outward movement of goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
- Runner Duties
- Handle office errands such as bank deposits, courier dispatch, and supplier visits.
- Support HR/Accounts team with document collection or delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks outside the office.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for stock tracking.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Trustworthy and responsible with company assets.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th pass or Diploma.
- Experience: 1–3 years in storekeeping/logistics preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler license (if runner duties involve travel).
Reporting
- Reports to: Admin/HR/Operations Manager.
- Coordinates with: Accounts, HR, and Procurement teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
