1. Role Overview
KGSK Alliance Pvt. Ltd. (www.kgskalliance.com) is expanding into the premium food
products segment with a growing portfolio to be introduced in the Indian market. To
support this expansion, the company seeks a Sales Executive capable of building
distributor networks, driving retail penetration, and supporting online sales channels
across multiple product categories.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Distributor, Retail & HoReCa Sales
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors across Ahmedabad and nearby
regions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets (general trade,
modern trade, specialty stores).
Drive sales in HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) by identifying key accounts
and ensuring regular order flow.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and adherence to company pricing policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
B. E-Commerce & Online Sales Support
Coordinate with internal teams for product listings on major e-commerce
platforms.
Monitor online pricing, promotions, and customer feedback.
Support digital marketing initiatives and ensure adequate stock availability for
online channels.
C. Market Development
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities across food product
categories.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Provide insights for product positioning, packaging, and promotional strategies.
D. Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries to
distributors, retailers, and HoReCa clients.
Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and sales forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including uniform retail pricing.
3. Required Skills & Competencies
3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in food products or related
categories.
Strong distributor management and retail sales experience.
Exposure to HoReCa sales is an advantage.
Understanding of e-commerce sales processes (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing
environment.
Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby markets.
4. Education
Graduate degree required.
MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred.
