The candidate will be responsible for managing complete tendering and bidding processes, including E-Tendering, RFP handling, tender estimation, and contract preparation. The role involves coordination with technical and accounts teams to ensure timely submission of accurate and competitive tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Search, identify, and analyze government and private tenders relevant to civil construction and infrastructure projects.
- Manage the full tendering process including E-Tendering, bidding, and tender submission on online portals.
- Review RFPs (Request for Proposals), eligibility criteria, scope of work, and commercial conditions.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bids with accuracy.
- Handle tender estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost comparison.
- Draft and review contract documents, agreements, and other related paperwork.
- Edit, merge, split, and format documents using PDF tools; maintain organized tender files and folders.
- Prepare reports and maintain a database of ongoing and completed tenders, bids, and contracts.
- Coordinate with engineering, accounts, and management teams for documentation and approvals.
- Conduct online research to gather project-related and vendor-related information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any).
- 1–3 years of experience in Tendering / Bidding / Contract Management within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (basic & advanced) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Practical knowledge of E-Tendering portals, tender preparation, and tender estimation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
