About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Jr. 3D Visualizer with experience in architectural visualization to join our team on a contract basis for 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creating high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and photorealistic visualizations while collaborating closely with architects and design teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, walkthroughs, and animations for architectural projects
- Convert architectural concepts and ideas into photorealistic visual outputs
- Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to understand project requirements
- Develop conceptual presentations, design visuals, and marketing materials
- Produce realistic lighting, texturing, and rendering for interior and exterior projects
- Support design teams in preparing presentations, proposals, and client deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization tools, rendering techniques, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural 3D visualization
- Graduate in any discipline with relevant technical skills and visualization expertise
- Strong proficiency in:
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray
- Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- Revit (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural renders, walkthroughs, and visualization projects
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong attention to detail and creative mindset
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working on architectural, interior, or real estate visualization projects
- Understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and realistic rendering techniques
- Passion for design, architecture, and visual storytelling
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
