- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive human resources and labour relations strategies, policies, programs, and procedures to meet the organization's current and future workforce needs.
- Advise management and employees on the interpretation and application of HR policies, compensation & benefits programs, and collective agreements.
- Negotiate collective agreements, mediate labour disputes and grievances, and provide strategic guidance on employee and labour relations.
- Develop occupational classifications, job descriptions, salary structures, and performance appraisal systems.
- Design and administer staffing, total compensation, training & career development, employee assistance, employment equity, and affirmative action programs.
- Manage HR programs and maintain accurate human resources information systems (HRIS) and related records.
- Recruit, hire, and oversee the training and development of HR team members.
- Performance appraisal processes.
- Employee benefits, health & safety, and lookafter to existing policies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
