We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The Dialysis Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining dialysis equipment, monitoring patients during treatment, and supporting the delivery of safe and effective dialysis care under the supervision of nurses and physicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate hemodialysis machines and related equipment.
- Set up dialysis treatment according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and condition before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Record treatment data accurately and maintain patient documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control and safety procedures are followed.
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis equipment.
- Report any patient complications or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Assist patients with comfort, education, and treatment-related concerns.
- Maintain inventory of dialysis supplies and equipment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
