Role Expectations & Responsibilities The selected candidate will be entrusted with complete ownership and management of the company’s accounting and financial processes across all verticals. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Handling end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping using Tally with accuracy and discipline Managing GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and proper ITC reconciliation Overseeing TDS deduction, payment, return filing, and compliance with applicable tax laws Maintaining Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor reconciliation, invoice verification, and timely payment processing Conducting bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and periodic financial checks Preparing MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and project-wise financial summaries Monitoring and controlling daily cash flow, fund utilization, and financial planning across verticals Ensuring 100% statutory compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements without delays or penalties Coordinating with internal and external auditors and ensuring audit readiness at all times Establishing and maintaining strict financial discipline, documentation standards, and internal controls Supporting management with financial insights and decision-making data
