Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide administrative and analytical support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, and strong MIS reporting expertise. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the capability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of leadership.
- Maintain confidential documents and business records.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate business reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Excel & Data Management
- Create and manage advanced Excel trackers and databases.
- Utilize formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation.
- Perform data analysis and reconciliation to support business decisions.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards using Excel.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate information.
- Track action items and ensure timely closure of pending tasks.
- Support management in presentations, documentation, and operational projects.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and reporting automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, MIS Executive, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing management dashboards and business reports.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Power BI, or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership or founders is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
