We are expanding our sales team and are looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives who are confident in cold calling and passionate about helping students advance their careers.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive responsible for promoting our professional training programs to students, colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in tele-sales or education sales, and the ability to convert leads into enrollments through outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to students, colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India.
- Generate student enrollments for our training and internship programs.
- Explain course features, benefits, pricing, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Build relationships with college placement officers, faculty members, and training coordinators.
- Follow up with interested students until enrollment is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns and lead generation.
- Conduct WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn outreach when required.
- Handle objections professionally and close admissions effectively.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and tele-sales.
- Ability to build rapport with students and educational institutions.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Education Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience selling educational courses, training programs, certifications, or internships will be an added advantage.
