Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented E-Commerce Customer Support Executive to manage and enhance the customer experience across our digital sales platforms. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve order-related issues, and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality support throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and social media channels
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds
- Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, finance, and marketing to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or helpdesk software
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and policies
- Ensure adherence to company service standards, KPIs, and SLAs
- Support promotional campaigns by addressing customer queries related to offers and pricing
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce or BPO industry, with hands-on experience handling customer interactions through WhatsApp chat, email, and voice calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools
- Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS, TAT)
