Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a school or similar office administrative role.
- Typing Skills: Good speed and accuracy.
- Computer Skills:
MS Excel & Advanced Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Polite and professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
- Maintain and update student, staff, and school records.
- Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel .
- Handle written and verbal communication with parents, staff, and vendors.
- Draft letters, emails, circulars, and internal communication.
- Organize files and documents systematically.
- Assist in logistical and operational support for school events and daily tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
