- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute daily, weekly, and monthly PM schedules to ensure equipment longevity. Inspect and replace wear parts such as screws, barrels, and check rings.
- Breakdown & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults. Resolve issues like pressure loss, oil leaks, and temperature drift in heater bands.
- Mold & Tooling Care: Clean, lubricate, and repair moulds. Check for cooling line blockages, flash, and wear on ejector pins and slides.
- Hydraulic & Utility System Health: Monitor hydraulic oil temperature, viscosity, and filter conditions. Maintain auxiliary equipment like cooling towers and material dryers.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all machine safety interlocks, gates, and emergency stops are functioning correctly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment following safety standards.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
