Front Office & Operations Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office & Operations Executive to manage front desk activities and support daily courier operations. The candidate will be responsible for customer service, shipment booking, tracking, documentation, and coordinating with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Duties
- Attend to walk-in customers and handle inquiries professionally.
- Book domestic and international courier shipments.
- Provide shipment tracking updates and resolve customer queries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer communications.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Generate invoices and collect payments from customers.
Operations Duties
- Coordinate daily shipment booking, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Verify shipment details and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up on delayed consignments.
- Coordinate with hub, delivery staff, and branch operations teams.
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS reports.
- Maintain branch records and courier-related documentation.
- Support inventory management of courier materials and stationery.
- Ensure compliance with DTDC operational guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
