Panacorp Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to support our PhD Assistance and Research & Development activities. The candidate will work with research scholars and the internal technical team to handle research-related projects and ensure quality and timely completion of assigned work.
- Understand research requirements and project objectives.
- Conduct research based on the scholar's topic and requirements.
- Review research papers, journals, and other relevant technical materials.
- Support the preparation of review papers, survey papers, research papers, and other research documents.
- Analyze research problems and provide suitable technical and research solutions.
- Guide and support Junior Research Analysts and Research Analysts.
- Review the work completed by team members and ensure quality and accuracy.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the deadline.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding project requirements and pending work.
- Handle research-related queries and provide proper support to the team.
- Maintain project records, research documents, and work updates.
- Stay updated with new research topics, technologies, journals, and research trends.
- Support management in improving research quality, team productivity, and project output.
- Ensure all assigned work follows the required quality and company standards.
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / PhD
Experience: Freshers with strong research knowledge or candidates with relevant experience in Research, PhD Assistance, Academic Research, or R&D can apply.
Required Skills:
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and review research papers.
- Basic knowledge of research methodology.
- Good technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to guide and coordinate with team members.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of research tools and software related to the candidate's technical domain is preferred.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
