Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Machine Operator proficient in operating Lathe Machines, Milling Machines, and Shaping Machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in precision machining, component manufacturing, machine setup, and interpretation of engineering drawings. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality components while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up Lathe, Milling, and Shaping Machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Perform machining operations as per required dimensions and tolerances.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings.
- Measure and inspect finished components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report breakdowns when necessary.
- Maintain production records and quality control documentation.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Work closely with supervisors and production teams to meet daily production targets.
RequirementsEducational Qualification
- ITI Turner / Machinist / Fitter or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience may also apply.
Experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience operating Lathe, Milling, and/or Shaping Machines.
- Experience in fabrication, engineering, hardware manufacturing, machinery parts, or precision component manufacturing will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
