Position: Skill Training Mobilizer
Location: Chas, Bokaro, Jharkhand
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize eligible candidates for Skill Development Training Programs.
- Conduct field visits to villages, schools, colleges, panchayats, and local communities.
- Counsel students and parents about available courses, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain daily records of leads, enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Organize awareness campaigns, seminars, and mobilization events.
- Coordinate with the training centre team for documentation and candidate onboarding.
- Ensure timely submission of required candidate documents.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi. Local language knowledge is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Office, and Google Forms.
- Willingness to travel locally for field mobilization.
- Experience in skill development, education, sales, or marketing is preferred.
