- Patient Assessment: Evaluate patient conditions, take medical histories, and continuously monitor vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature).
- Treatment Delivery: Administer medications, manage intravenous (IV) lines, perform wound care, and assist physicians during medical procedures or surgeries.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (doctors, therapists, social workers) to implement and update patient care plans.
- Patient Education & Advocacy: Instruct patients and families on how to manage illnesses or injuries at home, and ensure patient rights are protected.
- Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date medical records of patient progress and treatment reactions.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
