Job Summary:
We are actively seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Automation Engineers to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in programming Rockwell and Siemens PLC systems & SCADA systems. With a minimum of 1-4 years of relevant work experience, the candidate should possess a deep understanding of various communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet IP, and OPC.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop complex automation solutions using Rockwell and Siemens PLC systems with latest best programming Standards.
2. Program and configure SCADA systems to monitor and control industrial processes effectively, providing real-time data visualization and insights.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose automation solutions, and implement projects that align with organizational goals.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
5. Implement various communication protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet IP, and OPC to enable seamless data exchange between different automation components.
6. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to select and integrate hardware and software components that meet the automation requirements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of 1-4 years of hands-on experience in programming Rockwell and Siemens PLC systems and SCADA development.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex automation challenges.
4. Familiarity with the selection and integration of industrial sensors, Process Instruments, actuators, and control devices.
