Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Customer Interaction
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs and technical specifications.
- Collect all necessary technical and commercial information required for design preparation and techno-commercial proposals.
Design & Proposal Coordination
- Coordinate with the design team and provide complete inputs for preparation of sales drawings.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of drawings to customers.
- Follow up with customers for drawing reviews, feedback, and approvals.
- Coordinate revisions and modifications as per customer requirements.
Costing & Quotation Management
- Prepare costing sheets and techno-commercial quotations in coordination with internal teams.
- Submit quotations within agreed timelines.
- Manage quotation revisions and updates based on customer feedback and project requirements.
Sales Conversion & Order Processing
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to progress opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial and technical aspects of proposals.
- Close sales orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for preparation of sales orders and ensure smooth handover to design and production departments.
Order Fulfillment & Customer Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales discussions to order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Provide prompt responses to customer emails, technical queries, quotations, drawings, and commercial requests.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between customers and internal teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
