Job Title: Student & Customer Experience Associate
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with students/customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Build long-term relationships, not just transactional interactions
Guide students through their journey and resolve confusion
Follow up proactively and coordinate internally
Identify problems and suggest solutions
