Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. It is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding and other HR-related activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain documentation.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship experience in HR is an added advantage.
