SKILL SET: Min. 2 years of experience in Planning and procurement, especially in OEM products, Mechanical Parts , Hardware’s ,Rubber and Polymer materials . Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with procurement. Reporting: Preparing and presenting reports on Procurement activities, Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, Power BI tools. Exposure to basic lean concepts would be an added advantage. Solid understanding of Procurement, Planning and inventory management, Kanban, and Milkrun. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills KEY RESPOSIBILITIES: Handle Import procurement of mechanical/OEM/Rubber/injection moldings/Hardware components from overseas vendors. Ensure on time communication of forecasts, Requirements , purchase orders after management approval within agreed timelines. Maintain Optimal Inventory Level across all commodities. Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation in ERP systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade norms. Regular follow-ups with vendors for on-time delivery, rejection handling, rework/replacement, and payment settlements.
Collaborate with internal accounts/finance teams on LCs, advance payments, debit/credit notes, and foreign remittance processes. • Stay updated on global market trends, currency fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting international procurement. • Communicate clearly and professionally in English with international suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
