The Technical Coordinator / Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating technical teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, solution architecture knowledge, and excellent leadership skills to drive successful project delivery.
Job Description
· Lead and coordinate multiple technical projects from planning to delivery.
· Design and review scalable solution architectures aligned with business requirements.
· Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely project execution.
· Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
· Identify project risks, resolve technical challenges, and ensure quality deliverables.

Job Specification
· Strong expertise in Solution Architecture and system design.
· Excellent project planning and coordination skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Leadership experience in managing technical teams.
· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Qualification
· B-Tech in Computer Science.(Preferred)
· Expected 80% marks throughout academics (10th, 12th, and B-Tech).
Experience Required
· 12–15 years of experience in IT Project Management, Technical Coordination, or Solution Architecture.
· Experience in Digital Services, Software Development, or Technology Consulting is preferred.

· Proven experience in delivering enterprise-level technology solutions.
· Strong background in Solution Architecture and technical decision-making.
· Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
· Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
