Hiring: Credit Manager

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Job Description:
- Evaluate loan applications and assess customer creditworthiness.
- Analyze financial documents, CIBIL reports, and risk parameters.
- Approve or reject loan applications in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and lending guidelines.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Collections teams for smooth loan processing.
- Monitor portfolio quality and take measures to minimize credit risk.
- Handle customer queries related to loan approvals and credit decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare credit assessment reports.

✔ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
✔ Basic understanding of credit evaluation, risk assessment, and financial analysis preferred.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
