Key Responsibilities
1. MIS Data Maintenance
· Attending to website calls and enquiries for all units
· Follow up with patients post appointments for feedback and views
· Managing daily data for Corporate Development
· Generating daily, monthly and annual reports related to occupency, TPS, Self, Economy, Twin sharing etc
· Preparation of PR, checking of expenses etc
· Generation of departmental data for departments like Health Checkup, ER, Cathlab and Dialysis
· Data about staff performance on a daily basis
· Activity data related to Homecare and Corporate Development and their updation
· Keeping a check on the revenue generated
· Taking weekly snapshots of revenue generation
2. Internal Marketing
· Meeting patients relatives and explain them about our offers and packages.
· Targeting increase of diagnostics business
· Collaborating with various departments to ensure that the patients reffered by external doctors or brought in through Corporate tie ups, Govt PSUs etc. received satisfactory services.
· Distribution of brochures of various specialties to the patients relatives or customers.
· After conversion of patients, ensuring smooth and satisfactory medical procedures.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
