Role Mission: Close large, high-impact enterprise deals and make Intozi a category leader in AI-powered video analytics.
Experience: 7–15 years in enterprise/B2B sales (Video Analytics, AI, analytics, IT solutions)
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end — no excuses
- Hunt and close large enterprise + government accounts
- Sell complex AI solutions using consultative + solution selling
- Engage CXOs, influence decision-makers, and drive urgency
- Lead RFPs, tenders, and multi-stakeholder deals
- Work closely with product/pre-sales to win competitive deals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven closer of large-ticket deals (₹1Cr+ / enterprise scale)
- Strong ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles
- Experience in AI, analytics, surveillance, or smart city solutions
- Relentless drive, ownership, and bias for action
