Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven retention strategies tailored for LuxaDerme’s customer base.
- Own lifecycle marketing automation via platforms like Klaviyo, MoEngage, or CleverTap.
- Design personalized campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
- Build and manage segmentation strategies (RFM analysis, cohort behavior, skin concerns, etc.).
- Develop post-purchase drip campaigns, replenishment reminders, and skincare education series.
- Set up loyalty/referral programs and enhance engagement through gamified experiences.
- Optimize flows such as cart abandonment, browse abandon, welcome, and re-engagement sequences.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creative assets aligned with brand tone.
- Monitor KPIs: Repeat purchase rate, LTV, churn, engagement rate, and campaign ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new ideas to improve performance.
